Delivery

One

All standard deliveries are undertaken to UK mainland only. If your live within our normal delivery areas, and the item is in stock, we aim to have your furniture delivered to you within 14 working days. If you’re located outside these areas, please email us for further details.

Please note a surcharge may apply.

All deliveries are booked in via text message and over email (3-4 days prior to delivery) providing you with a 3-hour time slot.

As soon as your goods are loaded onto the vehicle you will receive a text message reminding you of the delivery date/time and providing you with a link to track your order.

Two

Due to our insurance terms, our drivers are not allowed to deliver items single-handedly up flights of stairs. However, if assistance is provided, our obliging drivers will often help to move items up flights of stairs, but please note that the items are not insured if damaged.

A re-delivery charge will apply if we arrive at a destination with a flight of stairs or awkward access and if you the customer either refuse delivery, or have not made arrangements to assist the driver.

Three

We operate a door-to-door delivery service which means that items are delivered to the threshold of a property. Our friendly drivers will often assist in taking items beyond the threshold, but please note that they are not insured if any damage is caused, and therefore we cannot be held responsible. If customers do not wish our drivers to assist in taking items beyond the threshold, please state this when booking the delivery.

N.B. When you accept delivery of your item(s), if you are unhappy with any aspect of the delivery or the items, please make a note explaining exactly what the problem is on the Proof of Delivery document you will be asked to sign. If you do not do this, we may not be able to accept returns requests.

 
Returns

We do accept returns, providing that we are informed by email within 7 working days of delivery date and subject to the following conditions.

Because we are confident in the quality of our furniture and the representation of our items in our listings, the cost of returns will be at the buyer’s expense unless extenuating circumstances are agreed.

All returns must be placed in the original wrappings and unused, this is essential to avoid damages on return. Responsibility for products damaged during return because of inadequate re-packaging lies with the buyer.

 
Damages

Prior to signing, please ensure that you inspect that the packaging is intact. We are unable to accept damage claims where items have been signed for as ‘packaging intact’.

All damages will be replaced free of charge providing that you inform us via email within seven working days of delivery.

All damage claims must be supported by evidence in the form of digital photographs which should be emailed to us.

 
Item Defects

In the highly unlikely event the item you receive is defective, you must inform us via email within 30 days if you wish to receive a free replacement.

All damage claims must be supported by evidence in the form of digital photographs which should be emailed to us.

N.B. Under no circumstances will we replace or refund items once 30 days has elapsed since delivery.

 
Refunds

Where an item has been returned using our 7 day return policy, a refund will be issued once the item has been returned undamaged.
